Abelohost is one of the best options in the industry in terms of security, especially if you need sturdy DDoS attack protections. I have a VPS plan for now and it’s super easy to use. The support team is also impressive and answers as soon as you reach out every time. This is more than worth the money.

Good service so far from Abelo Host

I am hosting 2-3 small traffic websites with Abelo Host. So far everything good, every cheapest plans and free domain name offer. I could see only less downtime issues. Everything is fine..

High bar for hosting

I have spoken with two different support agents in my first two months here and have only good things today about both. Didn't expect the delay

Although the service itself is great and the security really is top-notch, I was a bit disappointed with how long it took to migrate my sites to the AbeloHost servers. They did apologize and explain the delay, though, which I appreciated. Lovely customer support team!

Found this provider by accident, decided to give it a shot, and have not looked back since. I have upgraded my plan twice so far as my business grew and have not had any issues. The customer support is excellent and everything works well. Truly, this is the best provider I have worked with and I won’t be changing it anytime soon.

I subscribed to Abelohost recently and have only good things to say. The setup was easy and quick, the performance so far excellent. The support has been lovely every time I reached out. So far, the impression is great and I hope it stays that way!

Uptime here is great, as are the security and the DDoS mitigation protocols employed. The price could be a bit cheaper for annual plans but I guess that’s due to the inflation at the moment. Superb service, I’m happy I found this provider.

In hope it gets fixed soon

The support is kind and helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about their jobs and all the problems that can arise. But the issue is that they take too long to reply. Plus, it's not consistently slow, so you never know what to expect. One day you get a reply immediately and the next you have to wait three hours. Considering how much I pay on a monthly basis, that’s not acceptable behavior and I hope it gets fixed soon.

Other hosts should take notes

The support team is incredible, I’ve honestly never experienced service like this before. They answer every question, no one ever gets mad at you, and problems are resolved within minutes. Plus you can get in touch at any time and get a response from a human being. Other hosts should take notes because this is how it should be done.

A nice surprise

Very responsive support team, even if you reach out over the weekend. Just as importantly, they don’t just leave you with vague instructions or an article but actually work with you to solve an issue. No AI either, which was a nice surprise.
