    Worst technical team on helpdesk.resellerClub.com I ordered a cloud hosting Pro plan. My order ID is 111251906 they took a full 1 day to understand the migration process. then after migration, they did not check the site. is that running or not. because my site required some modules and extensions which was not available. I requested to enable that via ticket ID 49010226 but till now in the last 19 hours, they have had no update even after I reminded them 3-4 times on chat. also requested 2 times to arrange a call with RM but no one called me. in this period. this is the worst support system I have seen in my life. #badexperience #worstsupport #worstservice

    I highly discourage anyone from using this hosting service. They deny refunds for unused balances and attempt to coerce customers into deleting negative reviews. The servers suffer from serious security vulnerabilities, yet they swiftly place the blame on clients for these issues. My experience has been extremely frustrating due to their poor customer support and unprofessional handling of grievances. If you care about your projects and need a reliable service, seek alternatives. This company disrespects its clients and fails to deliver secure and dependable hosting solutions.
