We are using cloudways almost for two years. They provide a fast support, hosting based on top of the most well known cloud providers etc etc You can read all that to their website. As we can understand is somewhat as the man in the middle with the big cloud companies (which they have the policy do it yourself). We don't want to loose time with server setup, installations etc. We want quickly to deliver in a secure environment and any problem to be solved fast
