My experience with this hosting provider was extremely poor. The service appears to be built around cost-cutting rather than reliability or customer support. Several features and performance expectations advertised in their packages were not delivered in practice. While hosted with them, my websites suffered from persistent technical issues, including editor reload loops, changes not saving, pages failing to load correctly, unexplained downtime, frequent “critical errors,” and recurring 500 internal server errors. Google also struggled to access important files such as sitemaps and robots.txt, which negatively affected indexing. Many of these issues were repeatedly dismissed as WordPress problems rather than server-related, even when the symptoms clearly pointed to hosting instability. This resulted in weeks—if not months—of unnecessary troubleshooting and wasted time, only to later discover that the root cause was indeed server-side. After moving my websites to a different hosting provider, all of these problems disappeared immediately. Editor reload loops stopped, saving content became reliable again, Google was able to detect my sitemap properly, downtime ceased, and critical errors vanished. The contrast was immediate and undeniable. The low pricing does not compensate for the instability, lost productivity, and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this host to anyone who values reliability, transparency, or their time. I looked at client complaints over 3 years and discovered this was a continuing theme, every year. It's at that point I knew, nothing, would ever get resolved and I found a new hosting provider and I'm so happy I did... because I no longer spend any time, troubleshooting. I can't believe how much of my issues, were server side issues, without even realizing it. I've lost so much time I should sue them.

I have face issue in MySql server and reported it on 24 Mar 2021. After three days problem not sort out and still they said we are actively working. Every time i contact them they said we are actively working. I buy Hosting from AH because for cheap price. But within in three days i lost many business because website is not working. Now i am in lose because the amount i save buying hosting is less than i loss business in three days. Now i don't want to loss more business and plan to shift other good hosting service. So i suggest you buy HOSTING to good service provider who have good and fast support. Also i have some amount in ASURA HOSTING account and i can not back it my bank said ASURA HOSTING

My server has been down for 26 hours so far, and no backups or updates have been provided. I can see many other users are affect by this. Go elsewhere for your hosting.
