Never experienced any difficulty with Asura hosting. The site speeds is always good & rocking no any downtime, when i open support ticket  they always response in a quick and good manner. I requested for php uprgation  - They upgrade the latest php version on my WordPress.

Very slow FTP and webhosting

Hosting works fine for a while then slows down to a crawl. (seems upload via FTP is locked to 2mb/s and download for FTP and web 30kb/s...yes 30 kilobytes a second!)

Very Slow Support

I have face issue in MySql server and reported it on 24 Mar 2021. After three days problem not sort out and still they said we are actively working. Every time i contact them they said we are actively working. I buy Hosting from AH because for cheap price. But within in three days i lost many business because website is not working. Now i am in lose because the amount i save buying hosting is less than i loss business in three days. Now i don't want to loss more business and plan to shift other good hosting service. So i suggest you buy HOSTING to good service provider who have good and fast support. Also i have some amount in ASURA HOSTING account and i can not back it my bank said ASURA HOSTING

They have an awesome team behind their company. Hosting is by far the best ive had in a long time. I contacted them once in over 3 years with them to help with a plugin issue on wordpress and John helped me almost instantly with detailed replies. 5/5!

I Just Using Asurahosting This Month, Not Yet 1 Month. But Already Open A Lot Of Tickets. I Use Reseller Plan. Beware. Your Userlist Will Always Gone! And Support Team Cant Find It Unless U Give Them Your Customer List. They Dont Have Proper Records,Log, History, Etc.. Server Always Error Connection, Lost Connection Etc.. My Internet No Problem. Fast And Furious. Not Recommended, Unless U Just Want Cheap Hosting, And Dont Care About Support And Server Quality.

Asura's customer support is top-notched. cPanel was full of features in March 2020 with 3 to 4 web site stats/analytics/logs that I could use as well as lots of Softaculous apps that I could try for free. With the migration to a new server in October 2020, some of the features in the new control panel dashboard are presented differently. When the server that hosts BrobstSystems.com site (hosted by Asura) does not have load spikes or does not experience the HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 503 Service Unavailable server errors, the site is speedy and responsive. However, you need to see for yourself LIVE and compare the two servers: Asura Hosting and Cloudfare Server. Awesome hosts, honestly. The fact that they even bothered to help me get a plugin installed on wordpress warrants this review. They will literally go the distance to help you get your site up and running the way you'd like it. They also have some pretty useful tools if you don't know how to install things like wordpress.With regards to downtime/uptime - Site hasn't had any issues yet, its been just about a year now that im with them. Would recommend!

DO NOT USE ASURAHOST THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE. SLOW SERVERS EMAIL DONT WORK THE WORKS

From day one we have been having nothing but problems with this nightmare company. They cant even keep a simple site up for 10 seconds without having problems. For 1 week we've been with this company and every day complaining on why something as simple as emails dont work. They have the controls set so tight that if you do as much as sneeze your sit will go down. Their email servers got banned from Yahoo Gmail etc. we said this to them and they knew it and pretended like nothing happened. Not to mention the law suit they got by the dept of homeland security in cali. Their servers area slow and they will con you if you pay more money. Whether you get the cheapest plan or the most expensive your getting the cheapest services on the server, so dont be conned by them. They have not resolved problems, they will ban your IP for pressing the send/receive button on your email client. Now as we stated to them, the email server they run their SMTP on is banned so we have to pay the price for their stupidity. They keep lying saying there's nothing wrong when we've told these illerates 10 times. We use your SMTP everything gets rejected, worked for 3 days and then stoppped. They refused to believe or pretended to, the second we switched to another ISP no problem. switched theirs, banned. Do yourself a favor go someplace else!

I have used Asura since 2015 and it has been an enjoyable experience ever since. They're pricing structure is also very enjoyable. ( Have about 15 different sites so they save me a ton of money) I have used previous "Premium" hosts and they don't ever compare to the amount of features Asura offers.
