Worst technical team on helpdesk.resellerClub.com I ordered a cloud hosting Pro plan. My order ID is 111251906 they took a full 1 day to understand the migration process. then after migration, they did not check the site. is that running or not. because my site required some modules and extensions which was not available. I requested to enable that via ticket ID 49010226 but till now in the last 19 hours, they have had no update even after I reminded them 3-4 times on chat. also requested 2 times to arrange a call with RM but no one called me. in this period. this is the worst support system I have seen in my life. #badexperience #worstsupport #worstservice
There are many hosting companies out there that are cheap and I decided to test a couple of them out, including big companies like godaddy and bluehost, but spidyhost has been the best one I dealt with, they fix things other companies wont even look at and do more than what they are suppose to do. Will continue using them for all of my future projects, specially with their slack control panel as each site ends up in a different server with a different IP which is what I need for SEO.
