Worst technical team on helpdesk.resellerClub.com I ordered a cloud hosting Pro plan. My order ID is 111251906 they took a full 1 day to understand the migration process. then after migration, they did not check the site. is that running or not. because my site required some modules and extensions which was not available. I requested to enable that via ticket ID 49010226 but till now in the last 19 hours, they have had no update even after I reminded them 3-4 times on chat. also requested 2 times to arrange a call with RM but no one called me. in this period. this is the worst support system I have seen in my life. #badexperience #worstsupport #worstservice
Never experienced any difficulty with Asura hosting. The site speeds is always good & rocking no any downtime, when i open support ticket they always response in a quick and good manner. I requested for php uprgation - They upgrade the latest php version on my WordPress.

I have face issue in MySql server and reported it on 24 Mar 2021. After three days problem not sort out and still they said we are actively working. Every time i contact them they said we are actively working. I buy Hosting from AH because for cheap price. But within in three days i lost many business because website is not working. Now i am in lose because the amount i save buying hosting is less than i loss business in three days. Now i don't want to loss more business and plan to shift other good hosting service. So i suggest you buy HOSTING to good service provider who have good and fast support. Also i have some amount in ASURA HOSTING account and i can not back it my bank said ASURA HOSTING
