    We have website currently hosted by these mugs. And so far all i could say is: 1. Abysmal performance, and this is not just the website loading. But even when just typing command on their ssh terminal panel. You can see the server performance is pretty much crawling. That any letter i type took sometime to appear on the terminal display. 2. Reported the performance issue with their so called support. And all they could tell me is re-start the server on the ssh panel. Which BTW, what i been doing to get the website running. Its useless suggestion and does not fix the issue. If their support is really doing something, what they should be doing is monitoring what process is running in their abysmal server. Which draw too much server resources. I cannot do this, as they remove monitoring command on their useless ssh terminal. All i could do is cd to magento and run the reindex and cache command. I'm contemplating to run the magento di->compile command. But given their abysmal server performance I'm worried their stupid server might abend half way in the process. Further note: I decided to move our business web site somewhere else and just preparing all the backups of our current system. So my advice to those thinking of using this hosting service. Take you money and go somewhere else. Because this web hosting service is waste of money and effort. To the person who posted positive review about this website. All i can say is you might be getting really getting good commission or handouts from these mugs. Otherwise I'll say you must be working for these schmuck as campaign agents.
