Worst technical team on helpdesk.resellerClub.com I ordered a cloud hosting Pro plan. My order ID is 111251906 they took a full 1 day to understand the migration process. then after migration, they did not check the site. is that running or not. because my site required some modules and extensions which was not available. I requested to enable that via ticket ID 49010226 but till now in the last 19 hours, they have had no update even after I reminded them 3-4 times on chat. also requested 2 times to arrange a call with RM but no one called me. in this period. this is the worst support system I have seen in my life. #badexperience #worstsupport #worstservice
This was our first website and we literally had no idea what to do next. Like we were so much exhausted developing website and now making it live was a next level hurdle.
