Worst technical team on helpdesk.resellerClub.com I ordered a cloud hosting Pro plan. My order ID is 111251906 they took a full 1 day to understand the migration process. then after migration, they did not check the site. is that running or not. because my site required some modules and extensions which was not available. I requested to enable that via ticket ID 49010226 but till now in the last 19 hours, they have had no update even after I reminded them 3-4 times on chat. also requested 2 times to arrange a call with RM but no one called me. in this period. this is the worst support system I have seen in my life. #badexperience #worstsupport #worstservice

One of the worst experiences I ever had in my entire life. Horrible slow speed my just installed WordPress took about 16sec to completely load the entire website and now after I installed all plugins I need it takes 30-40secs to load the 10 extra secs to load the image. I tried every possible optimized but it's the hosting causing the slowness of the web page.
