Shittiest hosting in India

These guys are a total scam. There's nothing in terms of support. Its just another cheap reseller host with probably 1 person working for the company. Hired reviews and made up customers. Ive been using this service since the beginning of the year. You are fine untill something goes wrong and it goes wrong often. Even their phone number doesnt work. The registered office of the company is non existent.

I have been using onohosting service for some time now and i can say that they are really good, not only their service are cheap compare to other providers but their support is just as good as any big-name maybe even better as I have moved my other services from some of those big names to onohosting after testing their service and support and i am definitely happy about it.

I was searching for some cheap website name and come across this site. I searched few good names and registered, when I check after 3 days website was still showing pending. when I check on internet those website are already registered 2-3 years back and they saying that they cant allow these site names as they are big brands. They dont know how to run business and how to provide service. Please avoid them and save your money and time.

it has been more than 78 Hrs my web sites hosted in onohosting is Down. they don't have any idea when the server will be up My Ticket number is #276910 , Now no response from email,phone Support (Switched Off) ,Chat is OFF Line(07-02-2020,10.06 am)..i don't know what to do any one have any lead please let me know, My recommendation is never ever buy space from this Host.

I have a horrible experience, My web site went down there was an announcement server is down because of a file system error, I log a ticket I didn't receive any response from customer care from last 6 hrs ..try to ring the customer care number (that is switched OFF" never ever buy from this hosting, they are cheap in price and Customer service too.

ONOHosting is my first ever hosting company which i have used for my website. And I was really scared because I had no experience on how to use or handle my website. But really these are amazing !! Because they have completely taken care of my website. Now its been 2years with them using their service and still they are the best! Yesterday there was some issues related to Smpt/SSL and i none of my mails got received. So called up Onohosting support team and they resolved it on call itself. I really appreciate their work and also recommend them to all!

Very very bad experience with onohosting.com. I opted a hosting service from them since I have a single page website to host, my domain ideaspark.co.in I paid for the hosting and normmaly the login details sent instantaneously. But I had to wait 4 hours to get the same. In between I tried calling their number but it was switched off, they claim 24/7 support in the site, and live chat from 11 to 7. But the live chat was not available even after 11 am. I sent a message, email but they never bothered to reply. I have setup my site with a coming soon page, and today it is not available, no mails and even ftp do not work. Yes, it is cheap hosting, but it cannot be this cheap. I think this is a one man army and there is nothing called support. I do not bother one man or many but atleast they should ensure the server is working fine and hosted sites are available. I have seen many positive reviews in many platforms, these days we cannot trust reviews because there are many paid reviewers. Indeed they are a threat to common man. I have asked for a refund, but no response from them. I think this is a fake and fraudulent company. They simply collect money in the name of cheap hosting. Never ever opt such companies. So cheap.
