Freshworks CRM - Best CRM Software to Boost Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement
Freshworks CRM is a customer relationship management software
operated by AI that incorporates the power of sales CRM, marketing automation, chat, and telephony in a single, integrated solution. The CRM, which is built on the next-generation consumer experience platform, serves as a single source of reality that offers a 360° view of a customer by recording and integrating their marketing, sales, and service experiences in one location.
It enables a company to monitor the consumer journey, regardless of whether the monitoring is done by the marketing department or the sales unit. Breaking down the data silos generated by every legacy CRM using the latest developments in AI/ML (via our own Freddy AI engine) and a single platform (more on this shortly) is a gamechanger in CRM, potentially making Freshworks CRM your best bet yet in SaaS.
What is the purpose of CRM software?
The customer's complete visibility:
A CRM software collects all of the information you have about your leads and clients, such as their contact information, location, brand, previous interactions with your company, social profile, and so on. It also records the entire sales process from prospect to client, allowing both teams insight through the whole customer experience. It will enable the teams to interact with clients and prospects contextually at all moments.
You can spend the majority of your active time on routine activities. Your repetitive functions, such as writing emails, upgrading files, setting reminders, and so on, can be automated using workflows once you have a CRM system in place. Meanwhile, this would open up time for revenue-generating efforts and increase sales and marketing staff efficiency.
Data is visualized.
Frequently, your company gathers a large amount of prospect and client data, but your teams are unsure how to turn this information into actionable feedback and connect with consumers. You can regularly monitor the interaction of prospects and buyers and contract stagnation with CRM apps. Analytics can also be used to map revenue-generating operations and much more. For example, teams can get actionable feedback and make meaningful decisions using advanced reporting and dashboards in Freshworks CRM, covering both sales and marketing operations.
