I was their reseller customer for 3+ years. But because of their frequent server issues, I lost several customers. Recently an incident occued and their entire services were down for 30+ hours. Note it, continous downtime of 30+ hours. I lost all my customers and my image was tarnished because of hosting with Znetlive. Never trust Znetlive. You'll go broke.

Using ZnetLive's services for almost 9 Years now, pretty happy with the support they provide and being an old customer I do get discounted prices which covers up or my margin in my customer sales. Lets not forget its a growing company and still quite better than other money minting hosting providers in market who has bad support and are always selling stuffs. Overall I would say, nice people, they do listen to your problem. Good support, a general trend on my tickets show an average resolution time of only 1 Hr. I am a long standing customer of 7 years. Had many problems along the line most of which was sorted out. This company gives support based on how expspensive package you have taken out. Basic package no support or proper feedback. I have been waiting 2 months for a follow up and no reply to date. I would upgrade the service but since almost everyone off there service blocks some Countries from viewing your website it’s pointless. Terrible customer service who just repeats the same reply 2000 times. Shame on the company. They are going downhill and was such a good company before

If you have domain names in ZnetLive, I suggest you transfer them to other registrar. Znetliive is a terrible domain name registrar, the following are the reasons: 1. Their renewal fee is more higher than the original price when you register or transfer your domain to them. 2. Transferring your domain away from ZnetLive is very hassle. They don't even have any documentation about transferring domain away from ZnetLive. To be able to trigger the transfer, you will need to open a ticket addressing their billing team to request to unlock your domain and get the Authorization code (EPP code). You will consume more than one hour before you get your request. 3. You have to wait at least 30 minutes to get reply from them for your support ticket. 4. If you have updated/modified the WHOIS contact information of your domain, it will be locked for 60 days and transferring it will not be permitted. Other registrar like Godaddy can bypass this 60 lock from modified WHOIS contact information but in ZnetLive, bypass the 60 days lock is not possible to them. Its very pathetic, I wonder what else they can't do but other registrars are capable. It will be more terrible if your domain is going to expire in the range of 60 days lock, that means you will be forced cancel your transfer with your other registrar and renew your domain in ZnetLive. Its like they are holding their customers who wants to leave ZnetLive as prisoners. If there were just negative stars, negative 5 stars they will receive from me.

Came across them when they launched their OpenStack cloud and were on front page of WHIR. Found the prices cheap and website VERY informative so went ahead. All's good so far other than the fact that they're super-strict about their server security which sometimes causes problems for my apps to run. Support is where they score.
