Domain was suspended because of the fault with their database server and it was NOT informed to us

Domain was suspended and not informed to us.Issue was with nettigrity's SQL Server Log file size and the support team was blaming the database which we created . Support team was not at all ready to pay attention to our emails with suggested solutions and was repeatedly asking to reduce the log file size and upload.Where as there was no option provided with the interface for uploading .
