I am hosting/ managing web for my company since last 15 years. So far hosting experience with Host IT smart is the best. Could'nt have been better. I was with a few other hosting companies and had to deal with support almost on daily basis. Here just once during setup and we are up and running smoothly. Cool.

Great for the money

I utilize the ASP.NET hosting service provided by Host IT Smart. The initial signup process was quick, the user interface is nice, the site loads quickly, and uptime has been good overall although I have noticed minor downtime. For the price, I feel it is hard to beat. I have not had any direct contact with tech support, but do monitor the forums and support seems to be on the ball.

Great Company With Great Service

I have been with Host IT Smart for over two years, going on three. This company has had constant 99.99% uptime (really I haven't experienced any). There Reseller Accounts are great in the fact that there are no limitations to how I manage my customers. I am alloted an amount of space and monthly traffic and the rest is up to me. The amount of trouble I have has all been resolved by their customer support. Someone is always there to help you. I have had no issues with them, and would highly suggest Arvixe to anyone who is looking into getting into the Web world.

What impressed me most with Host ITSmart is how stable everything stays even during high traffic times. I never had to worry about random slowdowns or outages affecting my websites. They also handle cancellations in a very straightforward way which made the whole experience feel honest and easy.

I have been using the forex VPS of hostitsmart for the past year. They always have my back to conquer any issue regarding my forex VPS account but well there is no bigger issue yet. BE AWARE OF www.hostitsmart.com I get to know about this company from search engine, their sales chat response was immediate and confirmed server locations of Mumbai with 100 Mbps speed. On Subscribing for their premium plan (8 Gb, 4 Core, 80 Gb SSD) Windows Server 2016 VPS, I was hardly able to manage the VPS. A single round trip from Mumbai to their VPS was taking up to 10 seconds which was really beyond imaginations. When I check speed with speedtest.net, I was shocked that speed I was getting was hardly 0.6 Mbps. Screen shots are attached herewith. After reaching their support and spending a lot of time, they were saying that this is the normal speed. I was promised for 100Mbps and given 0.6Mbps and this is normal for them. I cannot continue with this speed so I asked for refund very politely which was denied by saying that there is no refund policy. I hardly used VPS for few hours and that too just troubleshooting speed thing. They eat-up 2600/- INR for nothing. If they still deny for refund, will raise chargeback and also file a consumer complaint in this regards. Loosing 2600/- is not that painful but loosing trust on these kind of frauds is really a matter of pain. It seems they are running Hosting from their home by running home internet with speed and reliability issues. BE AWARE, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR SERVICES, YOU WON’T FIND BIG CHEATERS THEN THEM.

I am facing downtime on my both vps its been twice in a week and when i reported my vps is down they dont pick calls my registered no and stareted ignoring calls messages and even i was first to ensure them vps is down they said "sir me yaha se chack kar raha hu just wait - i waited more then 15 min but no ans after that" Support ke liye agar 1 se bhi down review ho to me wahi dunga

The worst ever host in India

This is a new host based in Ahmadabad India. I do not know whether the people rating this host higher are real people or not or simply they are their staff or team. Five star rating is just like a sin for this host for which the almighty will never forgive them as they are throwing the innocent people in the hand of a fraud host. First of all I got my domain transferred to this host and they charged me 1 year renewal fee and did not extend expiry by another 1 year as per their promise. This is the first fraud they committed. I got trapped by this host by trial offer of 1 month in "Starter" plan that provided me best speed. But when I upgraded my plan to "Performance" to suit my business needs, they delimited me on every front including ram, IOPS, concurrent processes, etc and even many more that they did not disclose earlier. With the result, I started facing issues like resource limit reached as soon as I login to the back end of my site. They are fraud. And I am quite unaware where to complain against them. They have now started suggesting me an expensive VPS plan for my two simple websites. What a fraud. If they did not prove their reliability on their performance plan how can I trust their VPS plan. I have wasted my hard earned money with them and I am regretting everyday. Fraud.....Fraud......Fraud.... Do not book any plan with them or else you will will cheated like me. People here do not solve your issues, they simply close your tickets and do not listen to you.

Worst Hosting Provider Ever Seen In My 10 Years Of Career

HostITSmart is the worst hosting provider I have ever seen. The dedicated server goes down in a gap every 5 to 6 days time for many hours and the tech team not able to fix even working on it for hours. Worst server, worst tech team, and worst support staff. You ask them something and they will reply to something else. The dedicated server is worst than shared hosting servers. In one line, if you want that your business should bear losses because of downtime, then go for it. If I calculate an average uptime, then in 100 hours of hosting time, there will be at least 8 to 10 hours of downtime and I am talking about Dedicated Server. Now think of other services. You can guess.

Worst decision of choosing HostITSmart.

Strongly not recommended. I'm an existing user and in 3 months, the only thing which I feel is just to regret my decision. Firstly, they will sell you one product and make you suffer. Fraud company

Never ever use thier service if you value your business. These guys would suddenly loose all your data and do nothing to get it back. A hosting company looses it's customers data and they would threaten you to do whatever you can. Just a bunch of cheaters, cheating people. Mr. Jaison, thier manager is the guy who would promise something and would never libe upto it. He threatens me to file a legal complaint against the company for loss of data. Also none of your data is safe and they access all of your data without informing you or taking permission. Stay away from fraud company

They never answer to support tickets for less than 4-5 days Downtime/server crash is very repetitive problem. No monitoring of their own servers
