These tests helped me measure server response times, full-page load speeds, and mobile vs. desktop performance. But before talking about the results, it's crucial to highlight one key fact:

What This Means:

While FastComet’s server infrastructure is well-optimized, its initial server response time (TTFB) could be improved. If you're on a shared hosting plan, keep in mind that your performance could vary based on how many other websites are hosted on the same server.

Bitcatcha:

To measure raw server speed, I used Bitcatcha, which focuses only on server response times across multiple locations without factoring in website optimization. Here, FastComet delivered exceptional results, earning an A+ rating:

Google PageSpeed Insights helps analyze real-world browsing speed, factoring in user experience.

Desktop Score: 89/100 (Fairly good)

  • Largest Contentful Paint (LCP): 1.2s : This means the biggest page element loads fairly quickly.
  • Total Blocking Time: 10ms : Almost negligible delays, which is great.

Mobile Score: 68/100 (Needs improvement)

Uptime and Stability: Can It Handle High Traffic?
