Another CanSpace migrant here. We moved everything over from Godaddy to CanSpace over 2 weeks ago and everything has been awesome from day 1. I implore every single Canadian company to move away from US service providers when they can - CanSpace is an awesome option for doing so.

Best AND cheapest host in Canada

Like many other people here, we decided to move our Wordpress site away from Godaddy and to a Canadian company. CanSpace had everything migrated over in literally less than an hour after I signed up. Absolutely amazing, and they were extremely communicative and thorough during the process. I'm annoyed with myself for not doing this earlier - I'm paying half of what I was before.

Moved hosting to Canada and could not be happier

We had about a dozen websites hosted between Bluehost and Godaddy in the US. We of course wanted to move all of our services to Canada, but we hesitated to rock the boat here since our sites were running fairly stably for many years. We finally bit the bullet and moved everything over to CanSpace and our only regret is not moving earlier. Sites are loading just as fast as before and we are very happy to be supporting a Canadian company and keeping our money out of the US. If you are considering moving your site back to Canada - DO IT. CanSpace made the process completely painless!

Better than ANY US-based hosting company

Like (hopefully) everyone else in Canada, we have been moving all of our services away from US-based businesses wherever possible. In doing so, we realize we have been overpaying for a ton of stuff - but that's a separate discussion. We moved our Wordpress-based website from Bluehost to CanSpace and it is amazing knowing that we are supporting a Canadian-based business, AND as an added bonus, paying less by doing so. I encourage all Canadians to move their business away from the US and do your part. CanSpace is a great option for Canadian web hosting.

Happy to move my website back to Canada

I have a relatively small website for my woodworking business here in BC. To be honest I had no major issues with my previous host (Bluehost), but I have been trying to switch to a Canadian company wherever possible for any service that I have. I thought it would be a hassle moving everything over but CanSpace handled the entire process for me. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner - not only is my website running faster as everyone says, but I'm also paying much less now and don't have to worry about the USD-CAD conversion rates since CanSpace bills in CAD.

Great Canadian dedicated server provider

Because of the current political situation in the US, we decided to move about 10 servers from a US-based provider to CanSpace. We assumed this would be extremely tedious and time consuming, but CanSpace handled the entire process for us and had everything migrated over in less than a week. We're extremely happy to be keeping our business in Canada, AND we're paying less now. Only wish we had switched to CanSpace years ago.

Great CANADIAN hosting company

I've been moving my services away from American-based companies wherever possible. I had my website for nearly 10 years with Bluehost, and decided to move everything over to CanSpace after establishing that they are a 100% Canadian company. To be honest I wish I had done it years ago! Now that I'm paying in Canadian dollars I'm actually paying way less than before, and - as literally every other review points out - their support is amazing. Hooray for a truly Canadian company.

Great CANADIAN server provider

We are a small Canadian SAS company, and decided to move all our service providers - where possible - back to Canadian soil. We had a total of 8 dedicated servers and 2 VPS, and had planned for the migration to take about 3 weeks. CanSpace managed to migrate them all over within 4 days! Everything is back on Canadian soil and we are paying in Canadian dollars and could not be happier.

Great VPS option for Wordpress

These guys definitely lived up to their reputation. We were referred to CanSpace by our web developer here in Canada and they have been solid since day 1. Our dev obviously handles most of the actual "look and feel" related things with our site, but CanSpace has been great when it comes to server optimization for security and performance for Wordpress. Their support agents are all calm, well spoken, and very patient, and go out of their way to ensure all questions are answered satisfactorily. We'll definitely be moving more of our business to them in the future.

We've consolidated about 15 servers now with CanSpace - a handful of dedicated boxes and the rest VPS. This was a fairly major project as we have nearly 1000 clients hosted across these servers but CanSpace made the migration as smooth as possible. We were previously with a US-based host and we're happy to bring our business back to Canada as well as to be paying in Canadian dollars which makes our month-to-month budgeting far simpler.

Best VPS provider in Canada

I can easily say that CanSpace is the best VPS provider in Canada. I can say this because over the last 10 years I have used literally every single one of them. CanSpace is by far the most professional, most reliable, and best value out of all of them. I recently worked for a Canadian crown corporation which was using CanSpace and they were always there when we needed them. I have recently moved to the private sector and when my new company was looking for a few VPS servers for some internal services, I recommended CanSpace based on my previous experience with them. They have not let me down, and my new employer is thrilled with the recommendation.

Excellent enterprise host

My firm is working on a project for the Government of Canada and we required a hosting environment that met a ton of different specifications and Canadian compliance criteria provided to us by the government. We piled a ton of requirements on to the guys at CanSpace and they helped us to meet all compliance requirements and were extremely thorough in their replies. I can say that as a result of their spectacular help we've likely won future government contracts in the long-term. Long story short if you need enterprise-level hosting in Canada, look no further.

I have been stockpiling .ca domains with CanSpace over the years since they have the best prices on them. Most of the domains were just ideas for projects that I had, so I reserved the names in case I ever decided to make something of them. I finally decided to bite the bullet and actually build a website for one of these ideas and decided to go with CanSpace for the hosting as well. I emailed about 7 providers in Canada asking a bunch of (admittedly basic) questions, and CanSpace replied first, with the most thorough answers, so I chose them. So far the experience has been great and their support team is as responsive as their sales team.

Best Wordpress host in Canada

I run a medium-sized web development agency specializing in WordPress. We host our clients' websites on a variety of hosting providers around Canada and we have found that CanSpace consistently has both the best support, as well as the fastest servers by a fairly wide margin. Going forward we'll be consolidating all of our sites with CanSpace. Good Wordpress hosting provider

We have about 10 Wordpress websites for different brands, and managing and keeping everything up to date was an absolute nightmare. CanSpace helped us to consolidate these sites into a single Multisite instance and also updated everything for us. With our previous host one of our sites was getting hacked almost every week, but since moving to CanSpace 2 months ago we have had literally ZERO hacks happen. This has saved us so much headache I cannot even begin to describe how grateful we are to CanSpace.

I spent weeks searching for a new hosting provider and settled on CanSpace after reading all the positive reviews. Suffice it to say they were definitely well earned. I was with GoDaddy before and to be fair they set the bar really low, but I had no idea how helpful a hosting provider actually could be. My Wordpress theme had a few small issues that I just couldn't get right, and CanSpace had them all resolved for me within 15 minutes of opening a ticket - now that's support!

CanSpace is a life saver

CanSpace literally saved us. Our previous hosting provider updated their servers and our Wordpress installation completely stopped working due to it apparently not being compatible with a new PHP version. Our host offered no help whatsoever and we were completely stuck - the guy who built our website was long gone. We signed up and transferred our website to CanSpace - they said they couldn't guarantee they could fix it for us, but said they would do their best. Literally 5 minutes after we finished the migration they had the site up and running... all they had to do was help us disable a plugin, which apparently was too much work for our previous host. Their support has been awesome so far and we are extremely happy we chose CanSpace!
