RUN!! They FREEZE and SEIZE domains w/ No Warning

They got a fake NetTakeDown notice from a competitor about a site I had up for barely 4 months. They would not unsuspend the domain! Been 34 days and the domain is still suspended/frozen. They locked it without any notice, and sent an email after saying the name is similar to other trademarked names(I was using - UFCFightReviews). DO NOT USE BigRock! They are basically an American company now, and follow ALL US & Canadian processes. They will freeze & seize your domain with ZERO warning and you will have NO recourse. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy a domain with them! Your business will be at risk at ANY moment!

It has always been easy and organised to renew services with BigRock. Support is ready to help if anything needs to be checked and time is added properly. Their team makes sure that hosting stays up and running so that nothing gets in the way.

Cheap, Disgusting Horrible Company.

Ive been a customer for over 10 years with these people and I regret it. Even though I am covered under their 15 day refund policy they did not agree to refund my order. In fact, they forced me to buy something else from them if I want to get a refund. Please stay away from these frauds. They are cheap in price but their servers and hosting are horrible and also customer service is the worst, especially their "deletion team".

Happy with quick service

Their domain name transfer process is incredibly quick and simple. Over the course of a few months that we worked with them, the support team's assistance has been excellent. Along with technical proficiency, the domain is worth the price.

Good experience overall

Would have liked to see cheaper options for domain names. Also the names are not as much as we would want to have as options to select a domain name of choice. The hosting is steady but features are just about okay. Please work on the support team's responses as there are delays for critical issues.

Incredibly slow hosting but good with domain name services. I got my domain name transferred in the said time and since then hardly have I ever had any issues. But hosting needs to be faster, really.

Got my domain and hosting from BigRock in a very cheap deal. Server uptime is awesome. The biggest benefit is that they have data centers placed around the world so performance is great. Security-wise for domains it is really good because they follow all the regulations of ICANN and understand the importance of domain security, hence they provide SiteLock for the same with one free SSL certificate for the plan.

Purchased Linux hosting from BigRock with a .COM domain. They really have a very helpful and friendly team. The account managers are polite and technically agile, so they give you solutions instantly without any fuss.

Much better than Namecheap who has very high renewals. BigRock is better and has a wide range of domain name services to go it. The ccTLD prices were much higher than what I expected. So settled with a .COM and a .BLOG domain.

Stay away

I have purchased a VPS from BigRock. And within 1 day the server has been crashed by their novice employees after setup quota settings on WHM Panel, they reboot the server and the server didn't came back. It's now 3rd day, I contact them many times over live chat, but not getting any proper update from their support. I became hopeless now. I will surely move elsewhere.

There is no escalation matrix, and the support is pathetic they will copy-paste the same thing, again and again, they are not really concerned for the issue you would raise. They will just keep closing the ticket by copy-pasting things.
