Ive been a customer for over 10 years with these people and I regret it. Even though I am covered under their 15 day refund policy they did not agree to refund my order. In fact, they forced me to buy something else from them if I want to get a refund. Please stay away from these frauds. They are cheap in price but their servers and hosting are horrible and also customer service is the worst, especially their "deletion team".

And within 1 day the server has been crashed by their novice employees after setup quota settings on WHM Panel, they reboot the server and the server didn't came back. It's now 3rd day, I contact them many times over live chat, but not getting any proper update from their support. I became hopeless now. I will surely move elsewhere.

Purchased .COM and a whole lot of other domains from BigRock in 2017 and till not things are working great with them. Also purchased a share plan then which I have now extended to a VPS with the help of their support team. If you really want to get online and start blogging I say get a .com domain with BigRock's shared hosting. As a developer, there has been nothing more fruitful than having clients also who trust BigRock on your word.

I often chose a company based on how their people are when it comes to treating the customer. As a support team, BigRock's approach was friendly and informative. I felt that they knew their technical stuff well and could guide me when I was buying domains and email hosting for my business account. One of their account managers was very kind and receptive in even taking critical feedback when a technical issue occurred and also rectified it by guiding me to the concerned person who was a subject matter expert. This I see rarely from brands today.

One should buy from BigRock if they are looking for domains at a great price. I got my .US domain at a very cheap price along with a business email for my office. Storage and support given is fine. I also got a .blog domain in the same deal only to talk about my business' products and services where I plan to even put videos of our products to engage with audiences. On the whole, a good buy for me.

Cheap domain plans and so many that you can avail. Hosted my blog on .tech which was cheaper than that in most cases. Also, if you want support from these guys, you can find it at any point in time. Security and speed are great, something that i got with the .tech was a shared plan for the blog. A great experience I must say, still enjoying it.

There is no escalation matrix, and the support is pathetic they will copy-paste the same thing, again and again, they are not really concerned for the issue you would raise. They will just keep closing the ticket by copy-pasting things.

I am in the process of setting up my very own website but still in the planning phases. Someone suggested that I should buy a domain name ASAP as there are not many .COMs left. Unfortunately was not able to get a .COM so went for a .CO.IN. I am a complete noob at all these technologies so needed to do a lot of research before getting my domain name. I zeroed in on Godaddy and BigRock to get my domain name. Spoke to both sales teams and I was impressed with BigRock in the way they handled all my questions. I will be buying hosting soon as well. After researching I found that Hostgator is pretty good at hosting but I would love to stick with BigRock..

I have been using BigRock for over a year now. I have some domains and hosting from them and they have always been very helpful to me. Yes, the support staff is a little slow in responding to queries, but whatever my issue is, it has always been resolved.I also signed up for the Refer a Friend program and as said by them, I got my one year extension for my domain. In India, for me, BigRock is the best right now. And I am happy with them.

I have been very impressed with Bigrock ease of use especially the domain management, its is user friendly also their customer/technical support. The support delays aren't long and the assistants are well versed and communicate well. My calls have also been promptly followed by a quality control questionnaire. It has been a significantly better experience than I have received with my other hosting company. I will be moving those domains to Bigrock in the future.

I've been a Bigrock customer for around 3 years. I host around 15 websites with them. I find tech support queries are generally answered quickly and accurately, though I rarely have to use them. They have real experts available as well as the front line people, I've asked some curly questions in the past (eg around spam prevention with DNS records) and gotten really excellent replies. The server I'm on is fast and reliable, downtime is typically zero and almost always less than 10 minutes per month. They migrated me to a newer, faster server a year or so ago. Tech support has gotten a little slower lately, but still fine for high priority queries. Overall I highly recommend Bigrock.

They got a fake NetTakeDown notice from a competitor about a site I had up for barely 4 months. They would not unsuspend the domain! Been 34 days and the domain is still suspended/frozen. They locked it without any notice, and sent an email after saying the name is similar to other trademarked names(I was using - UFCFightReviews). DO NOT USE BigRock! They are basically an American company now, and follow ALL US & Canadian processes. They will freeze & seize your domain with ZERO warning and you will have NO recourse. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy a domain with them! Your business will be at risk at ANY moment!
