Excellent support who went beyond their scope often to help fix site issues. Live chat is a breeze to get. As with everything, once in a while, you might get someone new but they transfer to more adept people if needed. Highly recommended hosts if you need support. Hosting depends on need. I had issue wit logging into my account and i contact with one of the staff member who was really helpful. she helped me with everything and was very patient with my issues and helped me through. The company is running windows servers that support MySQL, plus other additions. Most companies are running Linux. It is hard to find a good company running Windows Server. Also I have 2 sites running on Linux boxes and have had problems, but not with ArzHost
